Re-prioritizing life

I've just been doing work that I get without a proper strategy in place.

When I apply to a company, I should look at whether employees have:

1. Good accomodation
2. Good transport
3. Good clothes
4. Good food

One of the places I've interviewed with had bad food while another company that trained me had good food. I would choose the company that can at least handle feeding their employees well.

It depends on my value offerings whether a company wants to do business with me or employ me. It is up to the company on how well they reward their employees whether I connect to them.
